What are your business hours?We are open from Wednesdays - Mondays 11:00 - 1730 (last class at 15:00)

Can I have your schedule for painting session?Our schedule is flexible! You can pick your preferred time and date between our business hours then check with us for availability.

Do I have to make booking?Yes, pre- booking is necessary to ensure availability for session. Please note that slots will only be confirmed once payment is made.

Where is your location?We are located at Lido area; in front of Autosound and Lido Avenue, next to Perabot Matahari.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICYPlease note the no refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled class. This policy is in place as canceling or within this timeframe means that we have already reserved a slot for you, potentially denying others the opportunity to attend.

ARRIVAL TIME POLICYWe kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We will hold your appointment for a grace period of 10 minutes. However, if you do not call or show up within this time frame, we will release your appointment slot.
